Chapter 2, the innovative recruitment and talent solutions provider backed by renowned entrepreneur and investor Steven Bartlett, has officially launched its new division, ‘Chapter 2 Health Talent’. This new arm is positioned to transform talent acquisition across the health sector by uniquely combining talent, technology, and employer branding into a single, seamless service.
The initiative is led by Leo Harrison, Founder and CEO of Chapter 2, alongside Simon Ryan, Co-Founder of Chapter 2 Health Talent, who brings over a decade of specialist health recruitment experience from his previous roles at REED and Your World Recruitment Group. Their combined expertise, aligned with Steven Bartlett’s vision, aims to support and scale health companies by building robust teams with the right talent.
Chapter 2 Health Talent will address the specific talent requirements of private hospitals, pharmaceutical companies, biotechnology firms, medical technology enterprises, and other specialist health organisations. It will service hard-to-fill and high-demand roles, ranging from Executive, Tech, and Business Operations to all Clinical functions. Services offered include embedded talent solutions, employer branding, advanced recruitment technology, and retained search, covering permanent, fixed-term, and temporary appointments.
